Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use MundaHub. If you use the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Promptly update your account information when it changes.
• Be responsible for activity under your account.

3. Marketplace Rules

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, threaten, or scam other users.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or access controls.

4. Listings and Transactions

MundaHub provides tools for discovery and communication. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, legality, or fulfillment of any listing or request.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant MundaHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Trying to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Introducing malware, scraping without permission, or overloading the service.
• Using the platform for illegal activity or regulated activity without required permissions.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these terms, created a security risk, or exposed MundaHub or other users to harm.

8. Service Availability

We try to keep MundaHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MundaHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
